No distribution of flyers, Ads, etc. without approval. This rule will be strictly enforced.Violators will have seller’s permit revoked immediately. Exhibitor agrees that he/she will not display, offer for sale, or sell any unlicensed trademark items, knock-off items, imitations of licensed trademark items, or stolen goods at this Zurko Promotions event & releases & agrees to save & hold Zurko Enterprises, Inc. or their agents harmless from any liability occasioned by the conduct or actions of Exhibitor, his employees or agents. Exhibitor agrees that neither Central Wisconsin Convention & Expo Center, or its agents, Zurko Enterprises, Inc. or their agents, are responsible for injury or loss that may arise or come to the exhibitor, its employees, guests, or visitors, or to “merchandise and goods” from “ANY CAUSE WHATEVER” of cause or conditions that may occur prior to, during, or subsequent to this show. Exhibitor also agrees Central Wisconsin Convention & Expo Center, or its agents, or Zurko Enterprises, Inc. or their agents, are not responsible and free of any damage by reason of any injury to person or property caused by any action, wrongdoing or negligence of the exhibitor or his employees, guests, or visitors, including attorney fees and court costs. The said exhibitor also agrees that Central Wisconsin Convention & Expo Center or Zurko Enterprises, Inc. or their agents, will not be held responsible for accidents, fire, “breakage” or theft or any other accident incurred by exhibitor prior, during and subsequent to this show. Exhibitor is hereby informed and acknowledges that promoter does not carry insurance coverage to protect exhibitor from any legal, financial or other consequences of injury, loss or damage to persons, merchandise, equipment or other property. Should the premises be destroyed by any cause, making it impossible to conduct this show, or in the judgment of the promoter or Central Wisconsin Convention & Expo Center, the show should not be held for any reason, this contract shall terminate and the exhibitor waives any claim for damage except the return of the deposit paid, This contract and no other statements whether oral or written, shall have any effect on this contract.
